As a Person-Centered Counsellor, I integrate various therapeutic approaches such as CBT and solution focused therapy,to meet your individual needs, whether that means exploring deeper feelings, developing practical coping strategies or focusing on achieving goals. My approach to counselling is compassionate and supportive, we will work together in a way that feels right for you. 

 

 

I'll encourage you to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Together we'll look at your situation from different angles, explore your options, identify areas for self change, and work towards a resolution which leads to a happier fulfilling life.

I appreciate and accept individuals for their authentic selves, free from judgement. I understand that the challenges posed by life can often seem insurmountable. I specialise in providing support for adults and couples confronting significant difficulties. I firmly believe that counselling can facilitate a deeper understanding of yourself  and your circumstances, equipping individuals with the necessary insights and skills to effect meaningful changes towards a more fulfilling and contented life.
