I offer a free initial 30 minute consultation where we can discuss what you are looking for and,together, decide on the best way forward and, if you wish, book your first counselling session.

For couples, after the initial consultation the first counselling session will be for us all to meet where I can get to know you better and gain an initial understanding of the issues you are experiencing. After this we can tailor sessions to meet the needs of you as a couple, which may include individual session as well as sessions with you both.
All individual sessions are £50 per session, a couples session costs £65
A pre-paid multiple session discount is available just ask me for details
Face to face sessions are either at my base in Washington (NE37) or in Newcastle City centre (5min walk from Monument Metro).
I can also provide video and telephone counselling. We can discuss what works best for you at our initial consultation
